National CHW Virtual Platform Survey
We are excited to invite CHWs to provide input on a new project looking to explore a virtual platform for CHWs and the workforce.

The survey is open until Tuesday, June 21st at 4pm ET. You can enter to win one of 20 gift cards ($20 each) if you complete the survey.
For the past several months, NACHW has been working with CHWs, CHW Network leaders, CHW allies, and other key partners to explore the development of a national virtual platform that would function as a resource for CHWs and a source of national data for workforce planning and advocacy.
This platform is unique and complements but doesn't duplicate NACHW's existing communications platforms. We don't know yet exactly what this tool will look like or what functions it will have. Your input will help us decide what it will look like, how it will function and how it can be used.
