We're pleased to announce our Fall Murillo Family Observatory Open House Schedule! I hope you will join us tomorrow evening for a Lunar eclipse (maximum eclipse is around 9:12pm) and gates will open about 30 min after sunset!

Dear Campus Community:

It's a beautiful summer day, why not end it with an evening under the stars? The Murillo Family Observatory invites the CSUSB community to our Open House - TONIGHT for a chance to explore the night sky through our telescopes. Whether you're interested in planets, star clusters, distant galaxies, or simply looking for a relaxing evening outdoors, we'd love to have you join us! Gates will open at 8:30pm.

Everyone is welcome, so bring friends and family with you and enjoy a summer evening discovering the wonders of the universe with our observatory staff and volunteers.

If you can’t join us tonight, our Upcoming Summer Open Houses are as follows:
Thursday, July 23 (8:15pm)
Thursday, August 6 (8:00pm)
Please note that a valid CSUSB parking permit is required to park on campus.

Dear Campus Community:
Due to cloudy weather and the threat of rain, tonight’s event has been canceled. However, we are pleased to reschedule our Open House for tomorrow, May 6. Gates will open at 8:15 PM.

This will be our final event of the semester, so we hope to see you there. Please keep an eye out for our upcoming summer schedule, which will be announced soon.

Please Note: All events are weather permitting and require a valid parking permit.
