WRITER’S BLOCK CLUB: The club was on hiatus over the last year; if we have student interest, we would like to bring the club back this fall. This creative writers’ club met regularly to write, have fun, and run some creative activities. PHINEAS LITERARY MAGAZINE: The submission period for Phineas, SBVC’s literary magazine, will open on October 1. Phineas publishes poetry, fiction, essays and art from SBVC students. While the pandemic prevented us from producing an issue last year, we will publish Phineas 2022 at the end of the spring semester. Check out the Phineas Literary Magazine webpage for an electronic copy of the last issue, Phineas 2020, and submission guidelines for the next issue, Phineas 2022.
