If you are currently enrolled and will complete your graduation requirements for your certificate or degree, you are eligible to apply for graduation.

Greetings Students,
The Admissions and Records office will be hosting a drive-thru pickup event September 22nd & 23rd for Spring and Summer 2020 graduates. For more details see below.
Note: Students must have photo ID to pickup their diploma.

Admissions and Records will be distributing diplomas on July 20th and July 21st from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Graduates must have a photo ID to pick up diplomas.
Please remain in your vehicle during the time you are on campus to pick up your graduation keepsakes to limit contact between you and others. Staff will be wearing masks and gloves while handing you your cap, tassel and degree frame.
Curbside Pick-Up Instructions: Using Esperanza Street, entering Parking Lot 4 as noted by the bright yellow star on this map. Admissions and Records staff will guide you towards Parking Lot 3 (light blue arrows) where two lines of cars will form. Staff will be at two kiosks handing out diplomas.
You must wear and mask and remain in your vehicles.
Exit out of Parking Lot 3 and turn right in front of the Auditorium. You will exit campus between Lots 1 and 2 and safely turn right onto Mt. Vernon. See map below for details.
