The CSUSB–Morongo Unified School District Teacher Residency Program offers aspiring educators the opportunity to complete their clinical fieldwork while gaining hands-on classroom experience alongside an experienced mentor teacher.

Program benefits include:

💰 $37,000 paid residency stipend
🎓 Full academic-year classroom experience
🤝 Structured coaching and ongoing support
📚 Openings in Multiple Subject, Special Education, and Single Subject STEM
⭐ Priority hiring upon successful completion

Applicants must be accepted into a CSUSB teaching credential program and commit to teaching in Morongo Unified School District for up to four years after completing the program.
