âś… Week 1 is in the books, Spartans!
Thank you for a great first week at San Gorgonio High School!
📚 We're working on finalizing class schedules. Over the next 15 days, some students may have schedule changes as we balance class sizes. Thanks for your patience!
🎓 Seniors will meet with counselors next week to review graduation status. Students with schedule questions should email their counselor using the QR code in the Counseling Office.
đźš— Traffic Reminder:
No drop-offs on Pacific St. – it's unsafe and citations may be issued.
* Use the East or West parking lots instead.
* Drive carefully and watch for students!
🕗 Students may arrive at 8:00 AM for breakfast. Early arrivals must attend EXL’s Sunrise Program. After school, students must be in a sport, club, or EXL — no unsupervised hanging out on campus.
🥤 It’s hot! Students should bring water bottles. Free reusable bottles are available in Room D-1 (ASB), and we have water stations around campus.
🍔 Food Delivery Policy:
Only parents or contacts listed in Aeries may drop off food (must check in at the office). Delivery drivers (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) will be turned away. The school is not responsible for lost food or money. All students eat free, and there’s plenty of time to eat!

Welcome Back, Spartan Families!
We are thrilled to welcome you back for what promises to be an exciting and successful 2025–2026 school year! Our team has been working hard to prepare for a strong start, and we can’t wait to see our Spartans back on campus.
The first day of school is Monday, August 4, 2025.
School begins at 8:30 AM and ends at 12:45 PM.
Students may arrive at 8:00 am for breakfast.
An optional lunch will be served from 12:45 PM to 1:20 PM.
Please note: This is a minimum day.
Student schedules are now available on the Aeries Student/Parent Portal, and we highly encourage all families to access schedules there before the first day.
If your student needs help accessing their schedule or would like a printed copy, we will have support tables set up in front of the gym. Staff and student leaders will be available to answer questions and guide students—especially our incoming 9th graders and new Spartans.
If a student does not have a schedule, they must visit the Counseling Office. Please note: Counselors will not be taking schedule change requests at the start of the year. We will notify families when and where schedule change requests can be submitted.
Need to enroll a new student?
Visit our website at www.sangorgonio.sbcusd.com and click on "Enroll Your Child."
As we begin the school year, please be aware that class changes may occur as we work to balance student placement across all periods. Your flexibility and understanding are greatly appreciated.
Traffic is always heavy during the first few days, so please drive slowly and with care. Student drop-off areas are located in:
The East Parking Lot (by the tennis courts)
The West Parking Lot (under the solar panels)
The front of the school
We can’t wait to see you all on Monday! Enjoy your weekend, and don’t hesitate to call us if you have any questions. Together, let’s make this a great year at San Gorgonio High School!
Spartan Strong,
Jorge De La Torre
Principal
