As teachers in the Los Angeles Unified School District during the 1980s, John and Joan Hall saw countless students struggling to fit in and do well in a traditional high school setting. The Su***de & Crisis Lifeline has officially been shortened to 9-8-8, making access to emotional support much easier.
When you call / text 9-8-8, you will be connected to trained counselors who are there to listen, provide support, and connect you to any available resources.
