Hi! This is Jesse Hernandez. I first want to acknowledge that there has been no activity on this page in a long time. For that, I apologize. I am especially sorry because there are Class of 2009 members who are genuinely excited about wanting to come back together with their friends and peers.
I did not post on this page because I did not want to talk about a reunion with certainty until funds had been raised. That has been my individual focus thus far. Now, one of the more important questions: Do we have funds for a reunion? Yes, we do.
Because there was no activity on this page, a separate group was created, which is understandable. I have reached out to that group. The goal is to learn where each of us is in the conversation about a reunion and see if we can come together. Thank you to the folks who stepped up and created the group.
I hope each of you has been doing well. In high school, I believed there was something special about the Class of 2009. From what I’ve seen and heard, that has held true.

Welcome to the San Benito HS Class of 2009 page! Last month saw the seventh anniversary of our graduation from San Benito High School. Seven years!
Much has happened over the past seven years. Too much to capture in one post, but in a few words, members of the Class of 2009 have spent the last seven years furthering their education, contributing and leading as part of the workforce, serving our country in the armed forces, starting their families, and traveling to exciting places across the country and throughout the world. This is what we hope to highlight leading up to and at our first class reunion in three years time. That's right, three years!
Initial conversations have started among the leadership team of the Class of 2009. We aim to come together over the coming months to discuss, among other topics, goals for the reunion and opportunities for class members to get involved.
