Students had a great time learning about fruits, staying active through fun physical activities, and making healthy choices. They also enjoyed tasting a delicious Savory Snack Time Mix while discovering how nutritious foods and regular exercise help keep their bodies strong and healthy.
A special thank you to Judge Reynaldo Garza at Southmost for generously donating the ingredients for our snack activity.

Congratulations to the students at Egly Elementary!
They have officially completed the 6-week Healthy Hero Adventure series. Throughout the program the 1st - 5th grade students learned the importance of washing your hands, staying active, making healthy choices .
Students also enjoyed a delicious Strawberry Surprise Smoothie. Thank you their principal Ms. Fernandez and teachers, Mr. Guillen and Ms. Garcia for supporting our program and helping make it a success this summer !

Healthy Hero Adventures at Reynaldo Garza @ Southmost Elementary!
This past two weeks, students in 1st through 5th grade participated in our Healthy Hero Adventures series, where they explored the importance of physical activity and healthy eating through fun, hands-on learning experiences.
Throughout the sessions, students stayed active with engaging exercises and enjoyed a delicious Strawberry Surprise Smoothie while learning how nutritious foods help fuel their bodies and support healthy growth.
