Our elementary teachers were fully engaged, learning about i-Ready, Structured Literacy,and with the amazing Amelia Capo, and so many other great resources they’ll be using this school year. It was awesome to see everyone asking questions, sharing ideas, and learning from one another.

This is what it’s all about! Coming together, growing together, and doing whatever it takes for our students. We have the training, the resources, and the support…now it’s time to ¡echarle muchas ganas! 💛💜

What an awesome start to the new school year! It was inspiring to see our middle school RLA and Social Studies teachers fully engaged, collaborating with one another, and diving into hands-on learning experiences. Your energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn are exactly what our students deserve. Thank you, Mr. Kelly for providing hands on strategies for our Social Studies teachers.

What a wonderful Welcome Back celebration at Sullivan Environmental Science Academy! 💙💚

The Sullivan team did an incredible job welcoming everyone back for the 2026–2027 school year. We spent time celebrating last year’s accomplishments, sharing exciting campus goals, and discussing the many initiatives that will support both our students and San Benito CISD’s district priorities this year.

One of the biggest highlights of the day was meeting Sullivan’s newest family member… Olly the axolotl! 🦎💙 Olly is sure to become a favorite as students learn about science, environmental stewardship, and the amazing world around them.

Here’s to a year filled with collaboration, innovation, student success, and continued excellence. Wishing the entire Sullivan family an amazing school year!

San Benito Schools will host its annual Back-to-School Fair on Thursday, July 30th, at San Benito High School from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. This event provides an excellent opportunity for students, parents, and families to prepare for the upcoming school year.

Various district departments, including Police and Security, Family and Community Engagement (FACE), Human Resources, and the ACE After-School Program, will coordinate the different offerings.

Representatives from schools and departments will assist with enrollment, registration, transportation, child nutrition, health services, and academic support.

The fair will also feature community outreach vendors, local businesses, and entertainment by talented fine arts students.

San Benito Schools is actively seeking local organizations and vendors to support this exciting event. With high expected attendance, it’s a great chance to showcase Greyhound Pride!

Students were highlighted for their achievements and delighted families with their wonderful performances throughout the evening. San Benito CISD is grateful for the continued PK3 Partnership and the opportunity to support our youngest learners as they grow and reach important milestones. Congratulations to all of the PK3 graduates! 🌟
