Commitment gets you started on a goal, but consistency gets you to finish and see your goal through. Our goal is always the growth of our students as well-rounded athletes, and our Summer S&C program plays a huge role in this development.

We are very proud of all of our student-athletes who have come in consistently for the last two weeks and given their highest level of performance.

We also greatly appreciate our coaches who volunteer and give up a large part of their summer to be here supporting the growth of our kids all summer long.

Huge shout out to our parents and families who make the sacrifice of dropping off and picking up their kiddos in support of each student and the program as a whole-this is what helps us grow as a TEAM.

The expectation is for all of our student athletes to attend and participate daily, display the highest level of effort through every drill and grow through a willingness to be coached.

These four student-athletes exceeded the expectations this week and set the tone for the rest of the summer.

We encourage all of our Bulldogs to continue practicing drills and being active after S&C for the greatest level of readiness.
