Attached is the schedule change request form. Schedules will not be changed if the request is to move from one period or another or to change from one teacher to another. Schedule changes will be very limited and based on course availability. Classes that cannot be changed are ELAR, MATH, SCIENCE or HISTORY, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, Rise, ESL, Social Skills, or AA.

Help us meet our attendance goals. There is a direct correlation between attendance and academic performance. Attendance matters.

MJMS Pick-up and Drop-off locations. We ask that everyone respect the designated areas for safety reasons.

Practice starts tomorrow. Don't forget the needed items so that you can start as soon as possible.

San Benito School is prepared and ready to welcome our students and parents back to our campuses on Monday, August 10th.

As a school district, we recognize that parental engagement is an essential part of the success of our students.

On the first day of the school year, parents may es**rt their children to their respective classroom(s).

A new teacher, new classmates, or a new school for some students may be require guidance from their parents.

Once the instructional day begins, our campus staff will be ready to proceed with the day with our students.

Thank you parents, grandparents, and families for having our students ready and focused for a great new school year.

Congratulations on your new role, Mrs. Cornejo! We wish you the best as you take on the role as principal at William J. Clinton Elementary in La Joya ISD. Thank you for everything that you did for our students and the dedication towards our school community. Fair winds and following seas.

As we prepare to begin another exciting school year, we were honored to celebrate our incredible staff with a Back-to-School Staff Luncheon. This year, we were especially pleased to welcome their families as well. Their support and encouragement make it possible for our educators and staff to devote so much of themselves to our school and students each day.

We’d also like to celebrate an exciting new chapter for our Dean of Instruction, Mrs. Cornejo, as she steps into a new leadership role! While it’s bittersweet to say goodbye, we couldn’t be happier for her and this well-deserved opportunity.

Special thanks to our counselors, office staff, PTO and our custodians for your help with this event. Without you, this would not have been possible.
