🏁🐆 IMPORTANT PK3 DISMISSAL UPDATE! 🐆🏁

JODLF PK3 Families, beginning Tuesday, August 11, 2026, we will be moving ALL PK3 students to the side of the building off Ramsey Road for dismissal.

To help us make dismissal as quick and efficient as possible, please remember:

🚗 All PK3 students must be picked up on the side of the building.
🚌 Cars should line up behind the buses.
🔢 Each PK3 student will receive a dismissal number that will match the number on their backpack.
👧👦 All siblings will be dismissed with their PK3 sibling.

📌 IMPORTANT: Dismissal numbers will be passed out to PK3 students at dismissal tomorrow so families will have them ready for the new dismissal procedure on Tuesday.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we make this adjustment to help expedite our dismissal process and get our Jaguars home safely!

JODLF Families, here's a quick reminder of our daily instructional schedule as we get ready to race into an amazing school year! 🏎️💨

⏰ Important Times to Remember:

🚌 Student Drop-Off: 7:00–7:40 AM
🔔 Bell Rings: 7:30 AM
⚠️ Tardy Bell: 7:40 AM
📚 Instruction Begins Promptly: 7:45 AM
🚗 Early Pick-Up: Before 2:30 PM
🏁 Dismissal: 3:15 PM

Please remember that students who arrive after 7:40 AM will need a parent/guardian to sign them in at the front office.

🏁🐆 1st Day Procedures at JODLF! 🐆🏁

JODLF Families, our first day of school is almost here! We want to make sure everyone is prepared for a smooth and successful start to the 2026–2027 school year. 💙🩵💛

Please review our 1st Day Procedures flyer carefully for important information about morning drop-off, parent entry, parking, and afternoon dismissal.

🏫 Morning Drop-Off

⏰ Registered students may be dropped off at the front of the school between 7:00–7:40 AM.
📍 Families needing to register should park in the side parking lot and use the side entrance off Ramsey Rd.
👨‍👩‍👧 Parents may walk their child into the classroom on the first day. Parents must exit the building by 7:40 AM.

🚗 Dismissal

⏰ Dismissal begins promptly at 3:15 PM.
🚘 Pick-up families should remain in their vehicles and follow the designated traffic pattern.
🚌 Bus and daycare students will be dismissed through the side entrance.

We know the first day can bring a little excitement, nervousness, and even a few tears. ❤️ Our JODLF staff will be ready to welcome our Jaguars and make sure everyone gets off to a great start!

San Benito School is prepared and ready to welcome our students and parents back to our campuses on Monday, August 10th.

As a school district, we recognize that parental engagement is an essential part of the success of our students.

On the first day of the school year, parents may es**rt their children to their respective classroom(s).

A new teacher, new classmates, or a new school for some students may be require guidance from their parents.

Once the instructional day begins, our campus staff will be ready to proceed with the day with our students.
