📚 Quick Olympic vocab moment: What’s “OCR”?
In the Modern Pentathlon world, the obstacle portion is often referred to as OCR (Obstacle Course Racing) — and you may see us use Ninja + OCR interchangeably as we head toward LA 2028.
Either way, the goal is the same: helping kids build athletic skills, confidence, and a love for movement — in the most fun way possible.

Spring = new skills, same priority: safety. In our first sessions, ninjas learn the safety fall—soft knees, chin tucked, arms in—to protect joints and build confidence before leveling up.
