Wildcat Athletics’ 2025-26 Season Highlights The 2025-2026 school year was one to remember for Academy athletics, as SAA Wildcat teams across multiple sports demonstrated determination, discipline, and championship-level performance. From undefeated seasons to tournament titles and standout individual accomplishments, SAA athletes represented....

Our 8th grade students earned outstanding national recognition on the 2026 National Spanish Exam, receiving 3 Gold Medals, 3 Bronze Medals, and 11 Honorable Mentions among more than 83,000 students nationwide.

We proudly celebrate every student who participated, with special recognition to Mateo N.and Kevin G. for earning the rare distinction of perfect scores on the exam.

Their achievement reflects the dedication, discipline, and pursuit of excellence that define an Academy education. We also extend our gratitude to Prof. Pinette for the guidance, encouragement, and passion for language learning she brings to her students each day.

The Academy’s 140th Commencement honored the Class of 2026 with cherished traditions and meaningful moments. This event marked a morning filled with reflection, accomplishment, and pride as SAA graduates celebrated the culmination of their Academy journey.

140th Commencement On Friday, May 22, San Antonio Academy celebrated its 140th Commencement with a morning filled with tradition, reflection, and celebration as families, faculty, alumni, and honored guests gathered to recognize the Class of 2026.

Yesterday evening, generations of Academy alumni came together for an evening of fellowship, memories, and meaningful connection at the annual Gather Under the Oak Tree. Nearly two dozen alumni gathered in Ellison Hall for refreshments before hearing a special “State of The Academy” address from Semmes Foundation Head of School Paul M. Quick and Board Chairman Joe Shields ’05. The evening concluded with a group photo capturing the enduring brotherhood and shared legacy that continue to unite Academy alumni across the years.
