UIW 3D Animation & Game Design

Congrats to the MGD class of 2026 for completing their thesis game and final semester! 🎓🎉

UIW3D students and faculty created two animations for the Witte Museum's Adventures in Texas Deep Time exhibition, showcasing a lively underwater narrative featuring formidable mosasaurs and an Acrocanthosaurus leaving its footprints in mudflats! The exhibition will be on display until March 14, 2027.

Nightlight Guardians received the Jury Prize for Best Animated Short at the San Antonio Film Festival! 👏 Representatives from the recently graduated cohort attended the film's screening and festival awards ceremony this past weekend. Congrats UIW3D class of 2026!
