ere day and boarding college-preparatory school founded in 1893 and located in the Texas Hill Country, TMI is the ideal place for middle school and high school students to learn, grow, engage, and become the leaders of tomorrow. By embracing technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship with programs such as robotics, advanced math topics, design, fine arts, world languages, and a distinguished Corps of Cadets leadership program, TMI prepares students to be leaders with compassion, integrity, and character in their chosen fields. We are excited to have you become a part of our community and the legacy of our century-old school. We welcome you to grow with us in Wisdom, Integrity, Service, Excellence, and Reverence as you make your own mark in TMI’s history. At TMI, we believe every person deserves to be valued and heard. We recognize that students are unique in the challenges they face and the interests they have. Which is why since 1893, the TMI community continues to work together to help students explore their passions and succeed in all walks of life. We accomplish this by remaining true to our identity as an Episcopal school that brings in the best faculty to our campus who are dedicated to serving in a student-centered environment. TMI is a leader of innovation and design thinking–an approach to learning and serving, reflected in our Episcopal roots, that develops academically-prepared and empathetic leaders to their fullest potential. Additionally, our student community is made up of both day students and boarding students. Attracting students from across Texas and all around the globe, the boarding students in our Residential Life program bring a unique sense of culture and community that enriches the lives of all students at TMI. When our students graduate, they don't receive a diploma from someone who doesn't know their name...instead, they are cherished for who they are and celebrated for who they are becoming.

Leading with confidence.
During the final weeks of school, our 9th grade students welcomed a guest of their choice to campus for an English portfolio conference. This opportunity allowed them to demonstrate their leadership skills, reflect on their growth as learners, and share the work they’ve accomplished throughout the year.

A magical evening. The weather started to look a little shaky, but everything came together beautifully and somehow worked in our favor.
It was such a powerful ceremony — and the energy, love, and spirit surrounding this community made it possible for us to celebrate graduation right here on our campus 🎉
Thank you to Mr. Isaac Banks, Director of Facilities, for capturing this drone footage.

Good vibes at TMI 😎
The vibes were immaculate on campus Tuesday, May 12, as Athletic Directors from the Southwest Preparatory Conference (SPC) visited TMI to collaborate and discuss the 2026–2027 athletics season. The day was filled with fellowship, community, great food, and live music — all while showcasing the spirit of TMI.
Our students even joined in on the fun with dancing, food, and plenty of memorable moments along the way. It was a wonderful day celebrating connection, community, and the TMI experience.

Congratulations to Divya Beeram ’27 for being selected as one of just 11 students nationwide to join the 2025–2026 USA Debate Team from among thousands of high school members of the National Speech & Debate Association.
Of those 11 students, only five were chosen to represent the United States at the World Schools Debating Championships (WSDC), and Divya earned a place among this elite group of delegates competing on the international stage.
As part of her preparation for the WSDC, Divya recently traveled with Team USA to Boston to compete in the Harvard World Schools Invitational Debate Tournament, where the team placed third out of 93 international teams.
This summer, Divya will represent both the United States and TMI Episcopal at the World Schools Debating Championships in Nairobi, Kenya, where students from more than 70 countries will compete.
Please join us in congratulating Divya on this incredible accomplishment. We are proud to have students who pursue excellence at the highest level and represent TMI Episcopal around the world.
