We want to take a moment to highlight Ronnie Suarez '92 for being named Rey Feo 78! The mission of Ronnie and his court is to focus on 'Wellness for Education,' by partnering with community institutions to support the whole student: Mind, Body, and Spirit.

Their goal this year is to help more deserving San Antonio students succeed by raising millions of dollars to close the financial gap for applicants and scholarship recipients through the Rey Feo Foundation.

Last week, we had the honor of inducting three new members to the Central Catholic Alumni Hall of Fame. Our inductees were honored during a luncheon surrounded by loved ones, distinguished alumni, and their fellow brothers in the Kahlig Cowie-Convocation Center.

Congratulations to our 2026 Hall of Fame inductees, George Hernandez ‘70, Jack Lopez ‘71, and Dr. Timothy Palomera ‘89. Thank you for your service not only to Central Catholic but to your community. God Bless Our Central High.

Lord Jesus, today we honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Their courage, service, and legacy will never be forgotten. May the Blessed Mother continue to watch over our soldiers and their families.

Today, we gathered in the Bill Greehey Arena to honor our graduating seniors as they crossed the stage and officially became proud Alumni of Central Catholic. Their hard work, dedication, and brotherhood have left a lasting mark on our school, and we could not be more proud of all they achieved.

May God continue to guide and bless the Class of 2026 as they begin this exciting new chapter. God bless our graduates, and God bless our Central High!

This past Thursday, our seniors gathered on the last day of their finals for the annual Senior Luncheon, joined by their soon-to-be fellow alumni. It is a meaningful tradition that celebrates not only the completion of their time at Central Catholic but also the beginning of a lifelong connection. As they prepare to graduate this afternoon, they are reminded that the bonds of brotherhood do not end at commencement, but remain a lasting part of their lives for years to come.

Before tomorrow’s Commencement Ceremony, the young men of the Class of 2026 gathered for one final Mass as classmates, brothers, and leaders.

May they carry forward the values that have shaped them: faith, integrity, service, and perseverance. May they continue to seek God’s wisdom, embrace every opportunity with courage, and use their gifts to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

We are incredibly proud of this remarkable group of young men and are blessed to have been part of their journey. We look forward to celebrating as they cross the stage tomorrow and begin the next chapter of their lives.

Tomorrow, the Class of 2026 will officially cross the stage and become graduates of Central Catholic High School. We recently honored our Senior Class during our annual Decision Day, where each student was announced with their plans after high school in front of family, friends, and peers. A proud moment for our entire school community. A huge thank you to the university admission reps who joined us, and a special shoutout to our counselors for organizing such a meaningful event.

Watching these young men grow over the last four years has been an absolute blessing, and we can't wait to see all they accomplish in this next chapter.
