Volume 57, Number 4 of St. Mary’s Law Journal is now available. This issue brings together scholarship examining some of today’s most pressing and evolving legal questions, from generative AI and professional identity formation to evidentiary standards, judicial perceptions of self-represented litigants, and the role of precedent in modern jurisprudence.

Designated in honor of Professor Emeritus Vincent R. Johnson, this volume recognizes his lasting impact on legal ethics, scholarship, and the foundation of this journal.
