Honors Academy at San Antonio College

Five amazing SAC Honors Academy students showcased their undergraduate research at the second annual San Antonio Honors Research Symposium at UTSA today.

Issa Vlach took home 1st place for his oral presentation "Why Euthanasia Is Morally Permissible".
Shaelyn Garcia took home 1st place for her poster "Total Eclipse of the Heart: And the Rest of the Autonomic Nervous System".
Hillary Gil took home 2nd place for her poster "Prenatal Genetic Modification: A Theoretical Technology with Ethical Consequences".
Joseph Lopez took home 3rd place for his poster "The Myth That Continues To Persist: Growing Out of ADHD".
Jenna Torres-Moreno took home 3rd place for her oral presentation "AI-Driven Insights: The Future of Neurological Diagnosis".
