This year, The Ecumenical Center invites you to rediscover the light that lives inside you. Art Heals Hearts: The Great Awakening is a celebration of resilience, hope, and the human spirit's extraordinary ability to heal, grow, and begin again.

Through the power of art, we awaken new perspectives, restore what's been wounded, and find beauty, even in life's hardest moments. Every work donated to this annual fundraiser reflects courage and transformation. All proceeds benefit the Therapeutic Arts Institute of South Texas, which serves more than 26,000 people a year, half of them children.

We're accepting submissions in any medium: up to five works per artist, valued under $5,000, small enough to fit through a 35-inch door.

Our annual Night of the Arts is tomorrow, Friday, January 23rd. Our students have put together a night of performances by talented students, faculty, and local professional performers.

There will be a light dinner, a silent auction, and an opportunity to showcase our wonderful Free Clinic program.

Tickets are donation-based and start at $10, but you are welcome to contribute as much as you would like! All proceeds go to support the SFCP program.

Doors open at 5 pm for the silent auction and dinner, and the Show begins at 6 pm.
