🩷 Employee of the month! 🎉🥳
We chose Karolina because we truly believe she has made such a difference this past month. We have faced many challenges, and Karolina was one of the employees who continuously stepped up to help wherever she was needed. She has even worked extremely long hours when needed and we are forever thankful for your efforts.
We know that working in classrooms you are not typically used to can be challenging, but Karolina does it willingly and never complains. She is the type of employee you can ask anything of, and she will always get it done without hesitation.
We also want to recognize Karolina for never receiving a parent complaint. If anything, she receives wonderful compliments from all of her parents and does an amazing job building strong relationships with each family.
One comment from a new parent really stood out to us. After meeting Karolina for the first time, she said, “Just by meeting her, I felt like my daughter is safe with her. You can just tell she loves the children.”
Karolina, we are so grateful to have you here with us. You have truly shown what it means to be a team player, to step up when needed, and to always put the children and our school first. Thank you for everything you do! We appreciate you more than you know!
