Thank you for the most incredible weekend of Education 🤓
I didn’t capture the most Instagram-worthy moments from Symposium because I was so busy being present. There was opportunity at every corner to soak in top tier insight and knowledge.

I’m always grateful for the chance to reconnect with my Redken day ones, make new connections, and learn from so many artists and educators whose work continues to inspire me.

I left with pages of notes, a lot to reflect on, and a renewed excitement for what I do behind the chair. Grateful for every opportunity to learn, grow, and bring that knowledge back to my clients. 🩷🖤🩷🖤

5 years at the same salon in this industry honestly says a lot, and I’ve stayed because I truly work for some of the best bosses I could ask for. They’ve always encouraged us to be ourselves, believe in ourselves, and take pride in what we do.

I started here in 2021, after living away for 10+ years, not really knowing where my work was gonna take me in San Antonio… and somehow this place became home. My coworkers became family. The girls have gotten me through some of the hardest seasons of my life. They’ve let me send endless voice memos, complain, vent, spiral a little 😅 and they’ve always been my safe space.

And to my clients-
thank you for trusting me all these years. A lot of you became so much more than “clients.” Some of you became real friends. That’s the part people don’t always understand about doing hair… it’s not just hair to me. It’s conversations, trust, life updates, laughter, crying sometimes lol, and really deep human connection.

I’m just really grateful for all of it. 🤍
