And we are absolutely blown away by how you’re always willing to whip up something beautiful and creative on your Cricut at a moment’s notice!

❤️ Happy Grandparent’s Day, Fox Run Families! 🦊
We are so excited to invite all of our amazing grandparents to come have lunch with their grandchild(ren) on Friday, September 11!
Here are a few quick tips to help you plan ahead:
* 📸 Memories to Treasure: Take a special photo together as a keepsake to remember the day!
* 🍽️ Check Lunch Schedules: Be sure to check your grandchild’s lunch time so you arrive with plenty of time to get through the line.
* 🪪 Bring Your ID: Everyone entering the building must present a valid ID at the front office to receive a visitor badge.

🎨 Unleash Your Student's Inner Artist! 🎨
Does your child love to draw, write, compose music, take photos, film videos, or dance? We want to see their talent shine in this year's PTA Reflections Art Program!
Reflections is a national art program that encourages students of all grade levels to express themselves through original works of art based on a specific theme. Whether it's a painting, a story, a original song, or a dance routine, every Fox Run student is invited to participate.
How Parents Can Help:
* 🧠 Brainstorm Together: Ask your student what the theme means to them and help them brainstorm ideas.
* 🖌️ Provide Materials: Encourage them to use whatever medium they love best!
* 📄 Check Submission Guidelines: Make sure your student's entry meets the category rules before turn-in.
Keep an eye out for entry forms and category details coming home soon! We can't wait to see all the incredible creativity our Little Foxes have to offer. 🦊✨

As August wraps up, we want to take a quick look back at all the fun and hard work that helped kick off an incredible school year at Fox Run Elementary! 🦊✨
Here is a look at what our PTA has been up to this month:
* Fueled Our Teachers: We kicked off the new school year by treating our wonderful teachers and staff to a delicious breakfast to show them how much they are appreciated.
* Decked the Halls: Our team helped decorate campus to make Meet the Teacher night and the first day of school extra welcoming and festive for our students and families!
* Built Local Partnerships: We started building exciting new relationships with local businesses to help support our school programs and events all year long.
We are so grateful for our amazing school family and can't wait to share all the exciting things we have planned next for our Fox Run community!

Call to Action for Johnson Jag Family! 🐆🎶
After Friday night’s severe storms, our neighbors at the Johnson High School Marching Band suffered major damage to their band trailer.
With marching season in full swing, the band was already running a fundraiser to support their students—and now they need our community’s help more than ever to repair and replace vital gear.
