Tomorrow marks the beginning of an exciting new school year, and we could not be more thrilled! 🎉 To help make the first day smooth and safe for everyone, we wanted to share a few important details about drop-off and pick-up.
Doors open at 7:00am, so please wait until then before dropping off your child. 🚗 Our office staff will be in the courtyard if you need a pick-up card or have any questions. We will also be available during parent pick-up at 2:30pm on Wednesday only, and we can accept school supplies to deliver directly to classrooms.
We have two entrance areas: the staff entrance off Liedecke Rd and our main entrance off 1604. The staff entrance gate will close between 7:45 and 8:00am, while the main entrance gate stays open with our security guard on duty. 🔒 We only allow drop-off and pick up there is no walk up.
For morning drop-off, please pull up to the designated area marked by cones. Your child can safely exit on the passenger side, and our staff will be right there to assist and guide them to the front door. To keep everyone safe we will no longer open car doors, but we will be present to help every step of the way. 👋
While in the drive-thru lanes, please keep your full attention on the road and avoid cell phone use. The first few days may bring extra traffic as everyone adjusts to their new routines, so we appreciate your patience and care! ❤️
