Good Evening Cardinal Family,
We have completed a great first week of school. Please ensure your student has a clear or mesh backpack. We will be collecting all backpacks not in compliance with district policy. Please remind your child that cell phones and headphones are required to be put away for the duration of the school instructional day. We will be picking up cell phones and headphones that are visible. Parents will be notified to pick up from the front office. Please ensure your student is following the district dress code policy. If you have any questions please feel free to contact the campus at 210-882-1606. We look forward to a great school year and thank you for your continued support.

We would like to thank everyone for a great first week at Southside High School!! It was great to see all of our students back on campus. Here are a few reminders: All backpacks must be clear or mesh. Students are not allowed to use cell phones, earbuds, or headphones during the instructional day. Students must follow the Southside ISD dress code. The cafeteria opens at 8am. All students need to be in class by 8:40am. Let's make it a great year!!

Greeting cardinal family, welcome to the start of a great new school year! Just a reminder on the first day of school, students first period will be posted in the main cafeteria. We extend our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to Secretary and Board Member Ms. Mary Belle Unger-Robles for her generous donation of 400 composition notebooks to the outstanding biology teachers at Southside High School.

These essential educational resources will be utilized daily by our Southside High School biology students to support their learning, organization, and academic success throughout the school year.
