📣 Leadership Update for Frank L. Madla Early College High School & Imelda Davis Early College High School.

We’re sharing an important transition within our New Frontiers family.

🌟 Mr. Jeff Flores will be stepping into a new role as the founding Superintendent of a TEA‑approved charter. We are grateful for his leadership since 2013, including the launch of both of our early college high school models and the laying of the foundation for a future P‑TECH program. His last day will be March 31st, and we wish him the very best in this exciting new chapter.

👩‍🏫 Ms. Gamez will return as Interim Principal for both Madla and Davis. Since joining New Frontiers in 2015, she has served as a teacher, counselor, assistant principal, campus administrator, and interim principal. Her deep experience and commitment to students make her an exceptional leader for this transition.

Thank you, Mr. Flores, and welcome back, Ms. Gamez, - our campuses are in great hands.
