This Father's Day, we're taking a moment to honor the fathers, grandfathers, mentors, and family members who helped shape the plumbing and HVAC trades in San Antonio.

For generations, skills, work ethic, integrity, and pride in craftsmanship have been passed down from one generation to the next. Both on the jobsite and at home. Many of our members can trace their careers back to lessons learned from a father, grandfather, or mentor who showed them the value of hard work and service.

As we look back on the rich history of our industry, we're grateful for the men who helped build strong businesses, strong families, and strong communities.

Thank you to all the fathers who continue to lead by example and inspire the next generation of skilled trades professionals.

🔹 Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available
🔹 3-Month & 6-Month Commitments Available
🔹 Teach just 2 evenings per week
🔹 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM schedule
🔹 School calendar schedule with holidays off

Qualifications:
✔ Valid Master Plumber License Required
✔ Industry experience preferred
✔ Passion for training the next generation of plumbers

The deadline to apply for the PHCC-San Antonio Apprenticeship Academy Scholarship for the 2026–2027 school year has been extended to July 1, 2026!

Thanks to the generous support of the NKBA Southern Plains Chapter, two more apprentices will each receive a $1,500 scholarship to help offset tuition costs at the PHCC-SA Apprenticeship Academy.
