Welcome to our new faculty!

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Glenn B. Dietrich, an incredible professor, mentor, colleague and friend.

Known as the father of UTSA’s cybersecurity program, Glenn was instrumental in developing the UTSA- Carlos Alvarez College of Business’ B.B.A. in Cyber Security. He also pursued the university’s Center of Academic Excellence in Education designation from the NSA, making UTSA one of the first 34 institutions nationwide to earn the designation in 2002.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 30, in the Richard S. Liu Auditorium on the UTSA Main Campus.
