The calendar may say summer, but the first day of school isn't that far away. NISD is holding a School Supply Donation Drop-off day to help those who need a little helping hand. Mark your calendar to drop off school supplies and backpacks on July 22 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Northside Activity Center (7001 Culebra Road). Let's make the 2026-27 school year the best ever and help all our students grow in confidence, curiosity, and capability!

No student should go hungry during the summer, so NISD is serving up free summer meals at 26 campuses! ☀️

All children 18 and under—and enrolled students with disabilities up to age 21—can enjoy meals at select campuses and community sites throughout the summer. No registration or ID required—just show up!

Today concludes the 2025-2026 school year, a testament to the dedication of students, staff, and faculty at Vale Middle School. It is clear that this year has been remarkable. The PTA offers a heartfelt congratulations and wishes to the 8th-grade Stingrays the best of luck in high school. To our 6th and 7th-grade Stingrays, your efforts have paid off, your leveling up, job well done. To our incoming 6th graders transitioning from Elementary. Lost and Found Notice. We have accumulated numerous jackets and other items. If your child is missing something, please visit our Lost and Found to identify and claim it before items are donated.

Students may bring backpacks to school on Monday and Tuesday. They should clean out the backpacks at home before bringing them to school.
They will need to keep the backpacks at home on Wednesday and Thursday. During the school day on Wednesday and Thursday, they will be asked to put their phones in designated spots in their classrooms.

With 4 days left, Vale Middle School is needing volunteers to fill the 2026-2027 PTA Board. Without a PTA Executive Board, Vale can't continue to PTA's mission is to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children. Continue fundraisers to support appreciation incentive for students, teachers, and staff. Design programs & events for the students and community and much more. A successful year starts with you.
