40 years ago, the Student Union, then known as the University Center, opened its doors. 🎉

To celebrate, we're taking a look back at photos from the early days and the Roadrunners who gathered here along the way.

For four decades, the Student Union has been a place to connect, study, grow, and make memories.

Cheers to 40 years of the Student Union. 🧡💙

When campus feels loud, busy, or just a lot, it's okay to hit pause.

The Student Union Meditation Room is a dedicated sensory space, quiet, dim, and designed to help you step away, reset, and recharge between classes, meetings, or everything else on your plate. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, need a moment to regulate and refocus, or just want a calm break in your day, this space is here for you.

Think of it as a quick reset button, helping you feel more grounded before heading back out.

The Meditation Room is open for you anytime the Union is open.

Birds of a feather give together! UT San Antonio Giving Day is March 31-April 2 and your support helps UT San Antonio reach new heights and fuels student success.

A gift to the Roadrunner Pantry ensures that every student has access to the nutritious food they need to thrive. Food insecurity shouldn’t be a barrier to success, and with your support, we can keep the shelves stocked and our students focused on their goals. 🥫 🍎

January was all about new beginnings! We kicked off the semester by capturing students on their first day of class, hosted our first-ever Wellbeing at the Lounge with live music and access to wellbeing resources, and welcomed a new dining spot to the Student Union — The Den by Denny’s, serving delicious early breakfasts and late-night dinners. We hope y’all enjoyed your month as much as we did! 💙
