What an incredible Howdy Night at Oak Meadow! We welcomed back our wide-eyed, eager students for Meet the Teacher Night, filled with anticipation and excitement for the upcoming school year. 🎒📚
It was a wonderful time of reconnecting, sharing stories, and sparking wonder as our students met their new teachers and classmates. The energy in the air was contagious, and we can’t wait to see all the amazing things this year has in store! Here’s to a fantastic year ahead Mavericks!

Oak Meadow is thrilled to be part of the Churchill Cluster! We celebrated along with the whole cluster for Churchill’s 60th anniversary at convocation with our superintendent and board of trustees. It was a fun, energetic look at how well the district is doing and how we’re all moving forward towards excellence and discovery. What a fun way to celebrate North East and Churchill’s 60 years of educating students!!! Thank you to all the students who performed showcasing their talents for an auditorium full of teachers and leaders! Way to glow!!!

As students return to campus, families are reminded that cellphones and other personal communication devices must be turned off and stored out of sight for the entire school day in accordance with NEISD policy.

We know this may be an adjustment for some students, and we appreciate our families working with us to start the year off strong and help students stay focused on learning!

New Teacher Orientation concluded today with a luncheon hosted by NEISD to celebrate all of our new staff members at North East campuses! All of these teachers are so very excited and absolutely ready to begin working with our incredible Oak Meadow students and families!

Last night, Oak Meadow’s PTA Executive Board and Committee Chairs met to begin planning our amazing events for the 26-27 school year! We are so very thankful to this group of parent volunteers for their dedication and time they give to Oak Meadow to ensure our students and staff have an incredible year of learning!
