Our Story

“LibraryPalooza: That Author Thing” is an annual author festival for middle and high school students. We bring six best-selling YA authors to speak to San Antonio area teens. Students can meet authors, ask questions, and get books autographed. It is held the last Saturday in February at Brandeis High School. This event is free and open to the public thanks to the generosity of the Friends of Northside ISD Libraries and H-E-B.
