🚨 IMPORTANT UNIFORM UPDATE | BENGAL FAMILIES 🚨

Great news, Bengals! 🐯🧡🖤

All Uniform Wear, located at our Somerset Academy Collegiate campus, has officially RESTOCKED our campus uniform polos!

With uniforms now back in stock, please be advised that beginning Monday, August 17th, ALL students will be REQUIRED to wear their official campus embroidered polo each school day.

👕 IMPORTANT REMINDER:
The official embroidered polo requirement is a district-wide uniform policy. All students are required to wear the designated Campus Embroidered Polo as part of their daily school uniform.

We strongly encourage families who still need polos to visit All Uniform Wear at Somerset Academy Collegiate before Monday to ensure students are prepared and in compliance.

Beginning Monday, August 17th, official embroidered polos will be REQUIRED.

🌟 What a GREAT First Day, Bengal Family! 🐾🧡🖤

Thank you for an amazing first day of school! We are so excited for the year ahead and appreciate your patience and support as we worked through both morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up.

A few important reminders to help us make dismissal faster and smoother moving forward:

🚗 Sibling Pick-Up
Please make sure your lower-school sibling is indicated as “Sibling Pick-Up.” This will help our elementary teachers and staff ensure a smooth transition for sibling dismissal beginning tomorrow and throughout the school year.

🚙 Upper-School Students

• Upper Driveline students WITHOUT lower-school siblings should be picked up through the BACK DRIVELINE.
• Upper students WITH lower-school siblings who are designated for driveline must be picked up through the SIDE DRIVELINE.
• Upper siblings picking up lower-school siblings who are WALKERS must exit through the back gate designated for walkers.

Please also note that upper school students (6th–12th grade) are responsible for knowing their dismissal plan and where they are expected to go each day. We kindly ask families to ensure they have had a conversation with their students about how they are getting home and where they should report after school.

🎟️ Driveline Cards
Please remember to have your driveline card clearly displayed. Having your card readily available helps us identify students quickly and keeps the line moving efficiently.

As we approach dismissal, we kindly ask all families for their patience, cooperation, and understanding. During the first few days of school, our students, staff, and families are all adjusting to procedures that are in place to help ensure the safety and security of every Bengal.

A few important dismissal reminders:

🚗 Please be patient during Driveline. The first few days may take a little longer as everyone becomes familiar with the process.

🚦 Please pay close attention to all signs and staff directions along the Driveline route. Following the designated traffic flow will help us create a safe and efficient dismissal for everyone.

🎫 Driveline Cards: If you do not currently have your Driveline Cards, a set should have been sent home with your student today.

🪪 Please have your Driver’s License/valid ID readily available. If you do not have a Driveline Card, you may be asked to provide identification while we verify that your student can be released to you. Student safety is our highest priority, and we appreciate your patience during the verification process.

📋 TRANSPORTATION FORM: If you have not already done so, please complete our Transportation Form as soon as possible. It is important that we know how EVERY student will be getting home each day.
