Upon returning the device, make sure you are COMPLETELY LOGGED out of every account and PLEASE REMOVE the 4 digits PASSCODE if you established one. This will make the process of returning your device go smoothly.

If you would like to use the device next semester, we need another Computing Device User Agreement Form filled out and a copy of your registered classes for spring '15 semester. Below is the link to the agreement form.
