Dear Parents and Guardians,
Thank you so much for ensuring your students made it to summer school for our first three days! It’s wonderful to see them putting in the work to earn missing credits and prepare for their EOC tests.
Thank you so much for your patience as we work through these first-week logistics. Because our summer timeline is so short, every minute of learning counts. To help our students stay completely focused and safe, we are implementing a few new campus policies starting tomorrow:
Distraction-Free Environment: No backpacks will be allowed on campus, and cell phones must be put away during school hours.
Behavior Policy: We are maintaining a zero-tolerance policy for behavioral disruptions to ensure all students can learn without interruption.
Morning Bus Routes: We have updated our morning bus times. Please ensure your student is at their bus stop 10 minutes before the listed time. Click here https://shorturl.at/u1STR or scan the QR code.
Breakfast Schedule: We are extending breakfast service until 10:00 AM moving forward.

Daily Meal Schedule:
Breakfast: 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM

As we wrap up the school year, please note that students may not bring backpacks to school this week. Any backpacks brought to campus will be collected, stored safely, and returned to students at the end of the day.
Lastly, remind your student to turn in all school-issued Chromebooks and chargers. Please ensure your student has both items ready to hand in.

Summer School & School Year Registration Reminder
We will be hosting a ONE-NIGHT registration event for both Summer School (2025–2026) and the 2026–2027 School Year.
📅 Date: May 20
📍 Location: Library
🕐 Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
This is an important opportunity for families to complete Summer School registration so students can access their courses and stay on track academically, as well as finalize registration for the upcoming school year. Save your SPOT!

This is a reminder that APA makeup testing will continue today and tomorrow for students who missed their exams last week. Students will report to the library during the class period of the exam they missed. Because of limited space, senior students will have priority for makeup testing today and Tuesday.
We also want to remind families of the importance of completing summer school sign-up and next school year registration as soon as possible. (See the flyer in the newsletter. Registering early helps secure your child’s selected courses for the upcoming school year. During the rollover scheduling period, students who have not completed registration may lose their selected courses, and registered students will receive priority placement in classes.
Please ensure all registration requirements are completed promptly to avoid scheduling issues and to help your child stay on track academically.

Registration for the 2026–2027 school year is now open. To secure your child’s spot, please review the attached flyer for detailed instructions. Students who complete registration will earn 10 hours of seat time.
