Interested in volunteering and getting free things?

We can offer you a night of dancing if you help us out! Most importantly, we need people to be at the front desk to check in attendees as they arrive. These shifts can last between 30 minutes and an hour. We want you to be able to dance as well!
Show up early to help set up if you would like more time on your feet.

Get ready for Hot Rhythm Holiday 2027!

Hot Rhythm Holiday is a dance weekend full of workshops, social dances, competitions, and more focused on Balboa and Collegiate S**g. The instructors are highly skilled and professionally trained, and you can learn things there you'll almost never see anywhere else!

Watch out for their early bird specials, discounts, SCHOLARSHIPS, and band schedules!

Solo Jazz this month will be featuring a group-centered choreographed dance that takes place primarily in a circle, wherein most moves are done solo, then at some times combined with others participating in the dance... It's called THE BIG APPLE!

Get ready for some high energy group dancing and experience the fun that is this choreographed dance from the 1930s: THE BIG APPLE
Taught by Courtney Marshall, our go-to solo jazz specialist at SASDS :)

Classes offered for the month of SEPT. 2026 are:
Charleston 1 and Solo Jazz (The Big Apple!) at 7pm, and

We have mini social practices EVERY single Tuesday evening!

Here, we're all dancers and we're all human. We're here to make mistakes, practice, learn, help each other, and NEVER judge.
