Mr. Jason is once again raising money for the SA Food Bank by letting his Kindergarten class cut his hair! Stay tuned for pictures of next week’s cut & donate to the cause at the link below!

2026 UPDATE FROM JASON: Yes, we are doing it again this year, which is why my hair is looking funky these days. We exceeded our goal last year and hope to do so again this. The San Antonio Food Bank always needs food and this year’s Star Room will cut Mr. Jason’s hair at the end of the school year hoping to inspire those who can afford to donate to donate! Every dollar donated feeds seven stomachs!!! More updates as we get close to June.

Once again, the Kindergarten Star Room is cutting Mr. Jason’s hair in order to raise money the San Antonio Food Bank! For the fourth year in a row, help us feed those in need by donating what you can afford and spreading the word about this fundraiser! Mr. Jason has not cut his hair since last May and again this year, he will let the five and six year olds in his class cut it ALL off for him.“

The rainy morning brought us indoors at Celebrate Bugs! at the San Antonio Botanical Gardens but we still enjoyed crafting and talking bugs! We’re happy to have made connections with friends old & new. ⭕️🐞🪲🕷️🪴☔️

Teacher Appreciation Week at The Circle School totally rocked! 🎸

The “Teachers Are Punk” theme chosen by co-op members brought so much fun, creativity, and energy to campus all week long. From themed dress-up days to special meals and thoughtful surprises, our teachers felt truly celebrated and appreciated.

Thank you to everyone who helped honor the incredible educators who make our school such a special place to learn, grow, and belong. 💛

Earlier this week our students had the chance to learn from Ms. Linda who brought the world of bats to life 🦇

From exploring our local bat populations to watching footage from inside Bracken Cave Preserve, students discovered just how fascinating and beautiful these often-misunderstood creatures can be.
