Our MAS Graduate Certificate is open to graduate and doctoral students, as well as community members who want to get rooted in MAS /Chicanx Studies research methodologies, interdisciplinary analytic frameworks and epistemologies!

UTSA’s MAS program is excited to present its upcoming MAS Community Scholars Lecture and Plática

“Fiesta and the Coloniality of Public Celebration and Cultural Tourism,” a student symposium on Fiesta’s past and present.

Thursday, April 23rd
6:30-8:30pm

Our symposium will begin with a student-led plática, followed by a gallery walk of research projects.

We will also have delicious food, so please RSVP!
