Kids Ministries Of Alamo City Church

Join us on Saturday, April 12 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Alamo City Church. We will have crafts, petting zoo l, egg hunt and food available to purchase. All ages are welcome to join us.

Make plans now to be in church tomorrow because we know God has a word for you. We have Jillian Warman back with us leading us in worship and Teaching Pastor Karl Long is bringing a message you'll want to hear. Church is always better when you are there.

Share the story of creation in Genesis 1 with your children and the story below. God has a perfect plan and purpose.
I found this story and it is interesting because I would teach my children and great grandchildren east and west. Please, read below.
Children from a very young age should be taught that the Sun rises in the East and sets in the West.
That if you point your right hand to the East, your face will face North and your back will face South.
That the direction of the water in a river often runs towards the sea.
That the Moon rises in the East and sets in the West, that if there is no moon there is a star that indicates the north and your latitude.
That the more to the horizon you see the Polar Star, the closer you are to the Equator, if you see a bird in the middle of the sea it is because there is land in the vicinity of where it flies.
Respect and love for animals, trees, the earth, and the elements that give us life.
Teach them all this before giving them a cell phone because the cell phone runs out and the signal is lost... wisdom is never lost.
Let's not let them lose connection.
