Jimi Derrick Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition - Judges Sign Up Sheet

St. Mary’s is hosting the Jimi Derrick Moot Court Competition this Saturday, April 6, 2019 and is in need of judges for the preliminary rounds.

All of the rounds will be held at the law school. There will be a judges’ meeting that will start 30 minutes before the round. If your schedule permits, we would be honored if you would serve as one of our judges for this competition. The times are:

Preliminary Round 1: Saturday, April 6 at 9:00 am (Judges’ Meeting at 8:30 am)

Preliminary Round 2: Saturday, April 6 at 10:30 am (Judges’ Meeting at 10:00 am)

Violence adds momentum to removal of Confederate statues

Thoughts? Professor Jeff Addicott is quoted. Cities and states accelerated their plans to remove Confederate monuments from public property Tuesday as the violence over a Robert E.
