SAISD schools will operate on a normal schedule Monday, Aug. 31. CPS Energy continues working to restore service, and district teams are actively inspecting campuses to ensure they are safe, operational, and ready to welcome students and staff.

We will provide another update at approximately 6 p.m.

Come by and see who will be your child’s teacher for the new school year. Entrance will be thru the front of the school ONLY and everyone will be gathering in the auditorium for a brief welcome by our Carroll Principal Ms. O’Neal.

The San Antonio ISD Office of Family and Community Engagement is excited to partner with the Women’s Council of San Antonio – National Association of Real Estate Brokers (WCSABREP) to host a fun, carnival-style Back-to-School Resource Fair for our SAISD families and community!

Join us on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Young Men's Leadership Academy (415 Gabriel St., 78202) from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Visit with community resources at our resource fair. Participate in breakout sessions designed for families. While supplies last, SAISD families can receive free books and a supply kit with confirmed registration for the 2026–2027 school year. Enjoy some free snacks or concessions available for purchase in the courtyard and listen to some good music.

Interested in joining the Young Men's Leadership Academy family? Attend one of their information sessions during the event and get a tour of the school!

La Oficina de Participación Familiar y Comunitaria de San Antonio ISD se complace en asociarse con la Asociación Nacional de Agentes de Bienes Raíces del Consejo de Mujeres de San Antonio (WCSABREP) para organizar una divertida feria de recursos para el regreso a clases, con temática de carnaval ¡para nuestras familias y comunidad de SAISD!

The purpose of this public meeting is to help develop a clear theory of action to connect intentions with results.
