Congratulations to our Warrior Maker of the Month, Mrs. Valdez! Mrs. Valdez displays Christlike character through her kindness, compassion, patience, and servant’s heart. She uses her God-given gift of art to inspire creativity, build confidence, and help students discover their own gifts while recognizing the beauty of our Creator. Her sweet spirit makes students feel valued, supported, and cared for, and her faith is reflected in the grace and encouragement she shows each day. Mrs. Valdez pours her heart into her students and her work, and it shows. We are so blessed to have her at CCS! ❤️

If you've never been to the Feast of Tabernacles — this is your year.

Every October, Cornerstone Church opens its doors to San Antonio for one of the most anticipated weekends of the year. Three nights of live music, food trucks, amusement rides, games, and messages that stay with you long after the weekend ends. It's free, it's for the whole family, and it's the kind of event that turns into a tradition.

This year it's October 16–18 at Cornerstone Church — and CCS families, we want you there. Students, bring your friends. Parents, bring the whole crew. First-timers are always welcome, and once you've been, you'll understand why people come back every single year.

No ticket. No registration. Just show up.

Follow Cornerstone Church for more info!

What a beautiful night of music! 🎶

Last night, our CCS Elementary and Secondary Choirs filled the stage with incredible voices, beautiful harmonies, and the joy of music at our Fall Choir Concert!

We’re so proud of every student who shared their gifts and all the hard work that went into making the evening so special. Way to go, Warriors!

Over the past few weeks, our secondary Warriors walked through a three-part chapel series called Unsubscribed. They learned what it means to unsubscribe from sin, from culture, and from harmful thought patterns - and instead stay fully subscribed to God.

From "the sin subscription is never ad free" to being reminded we're called to influence culture rather than be shaped by it, to learning how to renew our minds one thought at a time, this series gave our students real, practical truth to carry with them.

Thank you Pastor Zach and Pastor Mario for teaching this series and investing in our students week after week!

What a powerful morning at See You at the Pole! 🙏

Students, families, faculty, and friends gathered around the flagpole to worship, pray, and lift up our school, our city, our country, and the next generation.

Grateful for mornings like these. 🤍

A big thank you to Mandy Majors, award-winning author and founder of nextTalk, for joining us at CCS tonight!

From understanding today’s risks to creating simple safeguards and building trust with our kids, Mandy gave our families practical tools to help us navigate today’s digital world together.

We’re grateful for the wisdom, tools, and encouragement she shared with our CCS families! 🙌
