Lead a balanced, comprehensive school counseling program focusing on guidance curriculum, responsive services, and individual planning.
Provide evidence-based individual and small-group counseling tailored to our students' developmental, preventative, and crisis needs.
Collaborate closely with parents, school staff, and community members to advocate for student success and remove barriers to learning.

What we're looking for:
Master's degree in school counseling.
Valid Texas school counseling certificate.

Pieper Ranch is looking for a senior associate to be a vital member of our school's organization team.

What you'll do:
Serve as our primary campus receptionist—greeting families and answering multi-line phones.
Provide vital clerical support to our administration and assist with teacher conferences.
Handle routine campus bookkeeping and general office organization.

What we're looking for:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
A strong team player who maintains confidentiality and loves supporting education.

Mrs. Laubach consistently goes above and beyond to support both students and colleagues. Her willingness to lend a helping hand and collaborate with others truly exemplifies what it means to be a team player. Whether assisting fellow teachers, supporting campus initiatives, or stepping in wherever needed, her positive attitude and dependable nature do not go unnoticed.

Mrs. Laubach has also demonstrated exceptional skill and compassion in working with students who receive special education services. Her patience, understanding, and commitment to meeting the diverse needs of all learners create a welcoming and supportive classroom environment where students feel valued and encouraged to succeed.

In addition, her organization and timeliness contribute greatly to the success of her classroom and team. Her preparedness, attention to detail, and consistent professionalism help ensure that students and colleagues alike can rely on her every day.

With almost a week left of school, we still have over 300 books outstanding! Please help your student find their library book(s) and bring them back to school over the next few days.
