Thank you everyone for all the birthday calls, texts and messages! I felt all your love and wishes! Here’s to 43! It’s been wonderful so far! Thank you to my beautiful husband and family and friends for encouraging me to celebrate myself. It’s been really a sweet couple of weeks-filled with family, friends, travel, nature walks, squealing little primas playing make believe, delicious food, cozy nap times, and lots of soul nourishing moments. There’s so much out of our control in our lives and in this world. I know it’s overwhelming. It’s exhausting. It may even be physical and mentally painful if you are like me living with an autoimmune disease. Stress makes you sick. 🫂
☀️But we do get a say and a choice who we get to be in the face of all these life experiences.☀️
🌿Be who you need to be for yourself.
🌿Take great care of yourself mentally, spiritually, physically, & emotionally.
🌿Ask for help. You’re worthy.
🌿Be willing to receive support. There are so many helpers waiting to lift you up.
🌿Be patient and kind to yourself. You’re doing your best even if it doesn’t seem like you are.

My biggest life breakdown was my golden opportunity to love, heal, let go and begin again.
In 2016, I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Never in my life before my diagnosis did I ever think I’d get sick. Learning to live with RA has been my biggest life teacher.
RA gave me the chance to reconnect and heal my relationship to my body, mind and spirit.
Becoming sick pushed me to recover & reconnect to my ultimate truths…
💝I am love and I am worthy just as I am.
💝I am whole and complete.
💝I am NOT what is happening to my body and mind.
💝The peace and wellness I desire is inside of me.
My RA is no longer my enemy. I’m grateful for the unexpected gifts my illness, my unlikely friend, has given me. 🫂
RA showed up right on time to give me the opportunity to consistently and continuously love, care, accept and heal all of me.
And to be a guide for others on their own journey of love and healing.

What we need now more than ever is COMPASSION.
Compassion is a super power. It’s in our hearts and souls where the greatest of our strengths exist.

You probably don’t know this about me, but it took me three long, dragged out years to finally put myself into a life coach training program.
Literally every day of those three years, I’d daydream about what my life would be like as a life coach. I had all the biggest reasons why I couldn’t do it- no money to afford it, I was working full time and couldn’t ask for days off to go to training in California, then I lost my job, and lastly, my fiancé got diagnosed with terminal brain cancer!
Myself and my life were on autopilot!
I was miserable. I felt trapped.
What happened that finally made me do it?
I opened myself up to being supported by some fierce, loving life coaches. And I had a humbling, honest conversation with my fiancé about life after he is gone.
I was willing to let go and stepped into the unknown.
I was scared, but felt so connected to myself.
Once I gave my credit number to pay my deposit and I was officially enrolled..I felt so alive!
I hadn’t felt that way in a long time.
I felt so aligned within myself.
My soul was at peace and I knew it.
