BCA’s developmentally appropriate dual language (English-Spanish) curriculum will help develop school readiness, exposure to cultural diversity, self awareness, and social and emotional well-being so that children can feel capable, connected, important and independent. At The Bilingual Child Academy, our goal is to open up a world of possibilities to our students. Under the guidance of dedicated and professional bilingual teachers, children from just 2 years old (if potty trained) can partake in one of the only dual-language preschool programs in the region. Featuring a structured curriculum, our educators seek to reinforce a child’s native language, be it English or Spanish, while simultaneously introducing a new language. Using hands-on, real world approaches, your child will pick up quickly in this immersion Spanish school while enjoying the usual arts and crafts and recess. Half-day and full-day programs are available, in morning and evening options, to fit your child’s needs. Offering small classes for a low student to teacher ratio, your child will get the attention they need to master the language of Spanish. Our beginner Spanish for kids classes, Kinder-5th grade, will be taught in the target language, and will never consist on the basis of repetition. Current pending classes include Art around the World and Folkloric & Dances from Around the World.
