Yang style sword is part of our curriculum @ Good Spirit T'ai Chi Ch'uan - San Antonio, Texas in addition to empty hand form. Sword form is not only fun but it also teaches the principles of of rooting, balance, extension of energy (flow) through the body, and eye-hand/sword coordination.
