🌈🎨 Our Pre-K Color Week was full of learning, creativity, and COLOR! 🎨🌈
Our little learners had so much fun exploring the colors red, blue, white, and black! ❤️💙🤍🖤 We practiced identifying colors, finding them in our world, and even dressed up on special days to match the color we were learning about! 👕👗

It was so much fun seeing our Pre-K friends show their school spirit while learning along the way! 🥰🌈

🌟 Celebrating Good Citizenship in 2nd Grade 🌟
Second graders in Mrs. Slocumb’s and Ms. Rodriguez’s class created Good Citizen Sashes to celebrate the character traits we’ve been learning about!
🎖️ Students identified positive characteristics of a good citizen and designed badges to show their commitment to putting these traits into action every day.
We are so proud of their creativity, thoughtfulness, and commitment to being kind, respectful, responsible, and caring citizens! ❤️🖤🤍

Our Kinder students had a wonderful time in the library this week with a nursery rhyme-inspired STEAM challenge!

After learning about nursery rhymes in their classrooms, students brought Little Bo Peep to life by working together to design and build a fence for her sheep. They practiced teamwork, problem-solving, communication, and engineering skills while turning a familiar rhyme into a hands-on learning experience.

Learning through play and teamwork makes the library an exciting place to explore!

What a special evening at Woodstone! Our PTA Meeting & Grandparents’ Day Celebration was filled with family, laughter, creativity, and so many sweet memories.

One of our favorite activities was our “Grandparents, You Are Our Sunshine” display. Grandparents and families brought photos and shared little memories and messages that came together to create a beautiful sunshine full of love. What a wonderful reminder of just how much our grandparents mean to our students!

We’d LOVE to keep our sunshine growing! Students are welcome to continue bringing in photos, or families may email photos to Ms. Benjamin at [email protected] to be added to our display.

It was so much fun seeing everyone together, enjoying pizza, playing games, laughing, and making memories with our Woodstone school family!
