This week's class focus is going to be on listening!
This is a 2 part training;
Part 1 - Giving clear and concise instruction
Part 2 - Receiving the instructions and taking action

* Class will be paired off in groups of 3. Two competitors and a coach. The designated coach will only pick 1 person to coach. The goal is to roll 2 1/2 minutes and switch places. We will go at least 20 minutes in this format, then roll remainder of class focusing on 5 minute rounds.
** Vending machine is functional - Please support it!

Would really like to have maximum participation in class this week.
