We had Mrs. Shabay’s class of native Spanish speaking students come to our second period class today because of STAAR testing. Her class was amazed that they could communicate completely with my students and were shocked by their pronunciation. Students were quickly given huge confidence and decided to put on a dramatic interpretation of their novel...all which was their idea. These moments are so amazing to witness!
